Shipping Policy

Current preorder timeline

Memory Fuel is currently accepting preorders. Current preorders are expected to ship in approximately 2–3 weeks. This is an estimate and may be affected by production, carrier delays, severe weather, or an incorrect delivery address.

Tracking

We email shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as an order leaves our facility. Customers can also use our order-tracking page.

Warm-weather deliveries

Chocolate may soften during warm-weather transit. This does not necessarily affect product quality. Allow the unopened pouch to cool to room temperature before enjoying.

Address problems

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@memoryfuel.study as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected before fulfillment.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, check the delivery area and contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us with the order number.
