Refund Policy

Before an order ships

Contact support@memoryfuel.study as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Food products

Because Memory Fuel is a food product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind after delivery. This policy helps protect product quality and customer safety.

Damaged, incorrect, or unsafe orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears unsafe to consume, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and shipping package. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
